Pleasant
Buffet dinner was included in the room price - altought nobody mentioned about it before I went to ask what is the price for the buffet. It was not anything special, but as the hotel is situated outside city centre it was nice to have something to eat.
The room was very simply decorated and not very functional, like the electricity sockets were in very odd places. The was a kettle in the room, but no cups etc.

Nice but not perfect
Some type of gizmo on the ceiling (smoke detector?) was making periodic noises throughout the night.

Overpriced for a 3 star hotel, but friendly staff and a good location.
The room was a good size and the hotel is well located and was easy to get to by car. The breakfast was well supplied and it was easy to find a seat despite the hotel being fully booked. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. We asked a member of staff for a little ice and she provided a full champagne bucket, which was fantastic!
The price was above average for a hotel of this standard. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, despite there being a kettle (we had to go to reception to ask for coffee, creamer, cups and spoons). There was no air conditioning and the fan provided was inadequate, so it was difficult to sleep in the warm nights. The hotel feels past it's prime and needs a freshen up, especially on the outside. The facades are faded and there are old signs dumped on the roof visible from our room.
